2. Booking and Payments

  • Service Booking : Customers can book any of our services through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer support. Confirmation of bookings will be provided via email, SMS, or a phone call.
  • Payment Terms : Payments for services must be made via cash, credit card, UPI, or any accepted digital payment method at the time of booking or service completion. RR Home Care reserves the right to withhold services until full payment is received.

3. Service Availability

  • Area of Operation : RR Home Care operates within specific geographic regions, and all service requests will be honored within the areas we cover. Service availability outside our standard coverage area may incur additional charges or may be denied.
  • Timely Delivery and Service : We strive to meet agreed-upon service times; however, RR Home Care cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or technical issues.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information : Customers are required to provide accurate and complete details when booking services. RR Home Care will not be responsible for delays, wrong deliveries, or service cancellations due to incorrect information provided.
  • Presence During Service : For services such as technician visits, vehicle repairs, or product deliveries, the customer or an authorized person must be present at the specified location during the agreed time.
  • Product Returns/Refunds : Any issues with product deliveries (wrong items, damaged goods, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours. Our team will handle exchanges or refunds accordingly.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations : Customers may cancel or reschedule their bookings at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Service Cancellations by RR Home Care : In rare cases, RR Home Care may need to cancel a service due to technical issues, resource unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled service or a full refund.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Service Quality : RR Home Care ensures that all technicians, drivers, and manpower are qualified and skilled for the services they provide. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incidental damage, loss, or injury caused during service execution.
  • Limitation of Liability : RR Home Care’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • Customer Property : RR Home Care will take all reasonable care in providing services; however, we are not liable for any damage to property or belongings during service delivery.
